Introduction
A simple and delicious layered dessert prepared with sponge cake, mixed fruits and creamy topping. This easy fruit trifle pudding is perfect for parties and special occasions. This is a simple and easy pudding recipe, which includes plenty of fruits and prepared without cooking. Your kids will love it.
Ingredients for Fruit Trifle Pudding:
- Sponge cake – 300 g
- Sugar – 1/2 cup
Water – 1/2 cup - Orange juice – From 1 orange
- Apple – 2, chopped
Banana – 3, chopped
Watermelon – 1/2 cup, chopped
Pomegranate – 1, seeds separated
Raisins – 1/4 cup
Orange – 2, segments separated
Peanut candy – 1/4 cup, crushed
Dates – 5, seeds removed
Apricots – 5, cooked - Condensed milk – 200 g
Cream cheese – 220 g
Thick curd – 1/2 cup - Peanut candy – As needed, crushed for garnishing
How to prepare Fruit Trifle Pudding?
- Cut the sponge cake into small pieces and arrange them in a glass dish.
- Boil sugar and water to prepare sugar syrup. Add the orange juice to it and mix well.
- Allow it to cool down, and then pour this syrup over the cake pieces.
- Mix all the ingredients listed under item 4 and spread them over the cake layer.
- Beat together condensed milk, thick curd and cream cheese, and pour this mixture over the fruit layer.
- Sprinkle crushed peanut candy on top, garnish and serve.
