Flapjack

Ingredients for Flapjack:

1. Butter – 125 gm

    Soft brown sugar – 125 gm

    Golden syrup – 3 big spoons

2. Rolled oats – 250 gm

How to prepare Flapjack?

1. Pre-heat oven in 180 degree Celsius.

2. Put ingredients no: 1 in a pan and place in flame.

3. When butter melts completely, add oats and mix well. Put off the flame.

4. Take a square baking tray of dimension 8 inches and grease it.

5. Pour the batter into the tray and level the top using a knife.

6. Bake it in pre-heated oven for 25-30 minutes, till your Flapjack turns golden brown.

7. Take it from oven and make long slices (before it cools).

8. Once it cools, transfer from tin.
