Fish Tawa Fry In Green Masala recipe

Ingredients for Fish Tawa Fry In Green Masala:

1. Pearl Spot Fish – 4, medium-sized

2. Pepper powder – One small spoon

    Salt – For taste

    Turmeric powder – Half a small spoon

3. Coriander leaves chopped – 1 cup

    Curry leaves – 4 sprigs

    Tender leaves of tamarind – Quarter cup

    Bird’s eye chili (Kanthari) – 15

    Lemon juice – From one big lemon

    Ginger garlic paste – 1 big spoon

4. Banana leaves – To steam fish

How to prepare Fish Tawa Fry in Green Masala?

1. Clean the fish and draw lines on it.

2. Marinate the fish using ingredients number 2 and allow it to rest for some time.

3. Make a fine paste of ingredients number 3 and marinate the fish again.

4. If you want excess salt, you can add it now.

5. Place the marinated fish in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.

6. Place a banana leaf under direct fire and make it tender.

7. Grease it with coconut oil and spread the marinated fish.

8. Wrap it well and cook it on a tawa.

9. Flip both sides and cook it well.

10. You can also bake it in the oven.
