Fish & Paneer Finger

Ingredients for Fish & Paneer Finger:

1. Cooked fish after removing spine, and smashed – 75 m

    Paneer powdered – 200 gm

    Pepper powder – 1.5 small spoons

    White yolk – From 1 egg

    Corn flour – 1 big spoon

    Salt – For taste

2. Oil – As required

3. White yolk – From 1 egg

    Corn flour – 1/4 cup

How to prepare Fish & Paneer Finger?

1. Mix ingredients no: 1 together.

2. Grease a steel plate, and spread above fish mixture.

3. Press it well and steam cook it.

4. Once it cools, cut finger shapes from it.

5. Mix white yolk with corn flour, and deep each finger in it.

6. Heat oil and deep fry your fish-paneer fingers.

7. You can also coat your fish-paneer fingers with bread crumbs before putting in oil. If so, they turn golden brown.

8. Serve hot with sauce of your choice.
