
Ingredients for Fish & Paneer Finger:
1. Cooked fish after removing the spine, and smashed – 75 m
Paneer, powdered – 200 gm
Pepper powder – 1.5 small spoons
White yolk – From 1 egg
Corn flour – 1 big spoon
Salt – For taste
2. Oil – As required
3. White yolk – From 1 egg
Corn flour – 1/4 cup
How to prepare Fish & Paneer Finger?
1. Mix ingredients no: 1 together.
2. Grease a steel plate, and spread the fish mixture.
3. Press it well and steam cook it.
4. Once it cools, cut finger shapes from it.
5. Mix white yolk with corn flour, and dip each finger in it.
6. Heat oil and deep fry your fish-paneer fingers.
7. You can also coat your fish-paneer fingers with bread crumbs before putting them in oil. If so, they turn golden brown.
8. Serve hot with any sauce of your choice.
