Easy Fish Curry

Ingredients for Easy Fish Curry:

1. Fish – ½ kg

2. Coriander powder – 1.5 small spoon

    Chilli powder – 1 small spoon

    Turmeric powder – 1/5 small spoon

    Shallots – 4

    Coconut – ½, scrapped

    Salt – For taste

3. Green chillies – 4, split into two

    Pot tamarind – 3 cloves

    Ginger – 1 piece, chopped

    Curry leaves – A stem

4. Water – As required

5. Coconut oil – 1 big spoon

How to prepare Easy Fish Curry?

1. Clean fish and cut into pieces.

2. Make a fine paste of ingredients no: 2.

3. Add ingredients no: 3 to it and sufficient water.

4. Mix the contents and boil it.

5. Reduce the flame and cook it till fish is done.

6. Pour coconut oil on the top of fish curry and put off the flame.
