
Ingredients for Curd-Added Chicken Curry:
- Chicken cut into pieces – 200 gm
- Ginger chopped fine – 1.5 small spoons
Garlic chopped fine – ¾ small spoon
Turmeric powder – A little
Green chillies chopped – 6 - Oil – As required
- Red chillies – 6, after removing seeds
Onions sliced – 6 - Curd – ¼ cup
- Garam masala powder – 1 small spoon
Cumin seeds heated and powdered – ¼ small spoon
How to prepare Curd-Added Chicken Curry?
- Add ingredients no: 2 to the chicken and mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté chicken pieces well.
- Add red chillies and onions to it.
- Add curd and salt, close the lid and cook the chicken until it’s done.
- Add masala powder and cumin powder in the final stage.
- Mix it well and turn off the flame.
