Curd-Added Chicken Curry recipe

Ingredients for Curd-Added Chicken Curry:

  1. Chicken cut into pieces – 200 gm
  2. Ginger chopped fine – 1.5 small spoons
    Garlic chopped fine – ¾ small spoon
    Turmeric powder – A little
    Green chillies chopped – 6
  3. Oil – As required
  4. Red chillies – 6, after removing seeds
    Onions sliced – 6
  5. Curd – ¼ cup
  6. Garam masala powder – 1 small spoon
    Cumin seeds heated and powdered – ¼ small spoon

How to prepare Curd-Added Chicken Curry?

  1. Add ingredients no: 2 to the chicken and mix well.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté chicken pieces well.
  3.  Add red chillies and onions to it.
  4. Add curd and salt, close the lid and cook the chicken until it’s done.
  5. Add masala powder and cumin powder in the final stage.
  6. Mix it well and turn off the flame.
