Crunchy Salad recipe

Ingredients for Crunchy Salad:

1. Cabbage – 1, small, sliced thin

2. Spring onion – 4 or 5 stems

3. Olive oil – 1/3 cup

    Vinegar – 3 big spoons

    Sugar – 3 small spoons

4. Noodles – 1 packet, broken into small pieces

    Almond sliced – ¼ cup

    Sesame seeds – 1 big spoon

How to prepare Crunchy Salad?

1. Soak cabbage slices in water for half an hour and drain off excess water.

2. Chop spring onions and mix with cabbage.

3. Transfer ingredients no: 3 to a bottle and beat it well. This is used as the dressing.

4. Just before you serve, add ingredients no: 4 to the cabbage.

5. Add the dressing to the salad and toss it.

Note: Add noodles to salad only a few moments before serving. Otherwise, it will lose its crispness.
