Corn - Cheese Balls recipe

Ingredients for Corn – Cheese Balls:

1. Sweet corn or corn cooked – 1 cup

2. Maida – ½ cup

    Corn flour – 2 big spoons

    Salt – As required

    Baking powder – ¼ small spoon

    Pepper powder – 1 small spoon

3. Cheese grated – 2 cups

    Potato – 2, cooked

    Walnut crushed – ½ cup

    Coriander leaves – ¼ cup, cut into fine pieces

4. Corn flour – As needed

5. Oil – To deep fry

6. Red chillies crushed – As needed

How to prepare Corn – Cheese Balls?

1. Grind corn without adding sufficient water (do not finely grind it).

2. Mix ingredients no: 2, add a little water, and make a mixture. Water should not be in excess.

3. Add ground corn to it along with ingredients 3 and mix the contents well.

4. Make medium-sized balls of it and roll in corn flour.

5. Now deep fry in hot oil.

6. Once it’s done, sprinkle crushed chillies and serve hot with sauce.
