Colourful Pulao

Ingredients for Colourful Pulao:

1. Basmati rice – 250 gm

2. Carrot – 1

     Beans – 3

     Pine apple – ½

3. Oil – 3 small spoons

4. Cinnamon – 1 small piece

     Cloves – 4

5. Cashews – 50 gm

    Raisins – 25 gm

6. Salt – For taste

7. Coriander leaves – To decorate

8. Potatoes fried – To decorate

How to prepare Colourful Pulao?

1. Cook basmati rice and keep aside.

2. Cut ingredients no: 2 to square pieces.

3. Heat oil and sauté cinnamon and cloves in the oil.

4. Add cashews and raisins and sauté again.

5. Add cut ingredients no: 2 to it and mix well.

6. When vegetables are well cooked, add cooked rice and mix well.

7. Decorate your pulao with coriander leaves and potatoes and serve hot.
