Arrow Root Fruit Mejo recipe

Ingredients for Arrow Root Fruit Mejo (Ragi Fruit Mejo):

1. Arrow Root powder – 4 big spoons

    Milk – 1.5 cups

    Sugar – As needed

2. Robusta – 1

    Kiwi – 1

3. Digestive biscuit, powdered – 2 big spoons

4. Cherry/Apricot chopped – 2 big spoons

5. Cashews and pista chopped – 2 big spoons

6. Condensed milk- 2 big spoons

7. Chocolate – 1 small piece grated

How to prepare Koova Fruit Mejo (Arrow Root Fruit Mejo)?

1. Mix ingredients no: 1, place in a flame, and cook it.

2. When the contents get thickened, take it off the flame.

3. When it is completely cooled, spread it on a plate and place the pudding in the refrigerator to set.

4. Remove the skin of the kiwi and robusta and cut into small pieces. Mix them too.

5. Add biscuit crumbs to the serving bowl or glass.

6. Cut the pudding into pieces and add one piece each to the serving glasses.

7. Spread a layer of kiwi and robusta on its top.

8. Also spread dry fruits along with it.

9. Pour condensed milk from one side of the glass slowly.

10. Spread grated chocolate on top and place in the refrigerator.

11. Serve chilled.
