
Ingredients for China Grass Pudding:
- China grass – 10 gm
- Water – ½ litre
- Milk – 1 litre
How to prepare China Grass Pudding?
- Melt the china grass in boiling water and keep aside.
- Boil milk, add sugar and dissolve it completely.
- Add china grass little by little to milk and stir well. Please note, china grass and milk should have same temperature.
- Turn off the flame and add food colour if you want.
- Transfer the contents to a bowl and allow the pudding to set.
- Wait until your pudding cools off completely, and then refrigerate.
- Serve chilled.
