Chilli Paneer

Ingredients for Chilli Paneer:

1. Paneer – 400 gm

2. Maida – 3 big spoons

    Corn flour – 3 big spoons

    Pepper powder – 1 small spoon

    Soya sauce – 2 big spoons

    Salt and water – As needed

3. Oil – As needed

4. Ginger chopped fine – 1/2 big spoon

    Garlic chopped fine – 2 big spoons

    Green chillies – 6, chopped

5. Capsicum (of different colours) chopped – 1 cup

    Onion – 1, cut into 4 pieces

6. Soya sauce – 2 big spoons

7. Salt and pepper – As needed

8. Spring onion, sesame seeds – To decorate

How to prepare Chilli Paneer?

1. Cut paneer into square pieces.

2. Prepare batter mixing ingredients no: 2.

3. Marinate paneer using this batter and allow to rest for 5 minutes.

4. Deep fry marinated paneer cubes in hot oil.

5. Heat oil in a pan and sauté ingredients no: 4.

6. When raw smell goes out, add capsicum and onions and sauté in high flame.

7. When it’s sauted well, add fried paneer and toss gently.

8. Add soya sauce and mix well.

9. Sprinkle salt and pepper powder and take your chilli paneer from flame.

10. Decorate your dish with spring onion and sesame seeds and serve hot.
