Prawn Fried Rice recipe

Ingredients for Prawn Fried Rice:

1. Garlic – 4 cloves

    Ripen chillies – 4

    Salt – For taste

2. Oyster sauce – ¼ cup

    Soya sauce – 1 big spoon

    Fish sauce – 1 big spoon

    Sugar – 1 big spoon

3. Olive oil – 3 big spoons

4. Onion – 1 big, chopped

5. Prawns cleaned – 250 gm

6. Basmati rice cooked – 3 cups

7. Basil leaves chopped – 1 cup

8. Ripen chillies – 2

    Spring onions – As needed

How to prepare Prawn Fried Rice?

1. Crush ingredients no: 1 together.

2. Mix ingredients no: 2 in a bowl and prepare the sauce mixture.

3. Heat oil in a pan, and add onions along with crushed ingredients.

4. Sauté the ingredients for 30 seconds in a high flame.

5. Add prawns and saute for 1 minute.

6. When prawns are cooked, add cooked rice and the sauce mixture, and cook in a high flame.

7. Add basil leaves and toss the contents.

8. Turn off the flame, and add spring onions and ripe chillies.
