Chicken Omelette

Ingredients for Chicken Omelette:

1. Oil – 1.5 big spoons

2. Onions chopped fine – ½ cup

    Green chillies – 1, chopped fine

    Ginger chopped – 1 small spoon

    Garlic chopped – 1 small spoon

    Salt – As per taste

3. Turmeric powder – ¼ small spoon

    Meat masala powder – ½ small spoon

    Pepper powder – ½ small spoon

4. Tomato – 1, chopped fine

5. Cooked chicken torn into pieces – ¾ cup

6. Eggs – 2

7. Salt – For taste

How to prepare Chicken Omelette?

1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté ingredients no: 2.

2. When raw smell goes out, add the curry powders listed as 3 and fry well.

3. When a pleasant smell comes out, add tomato and continue sauting.

4. Add cooked chicken, mix the contents well and put off the flame.

5. Separate white yolk and yellow yolk of eggs.

6. Beat white yolk in a bowl till foams are formed.

7. Add yellow yolk and continue beating. Add salt too.

8. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and pour beaten eggs.

9. Spread the eggs in the pan to get a perfect circular shape.

10. Spread chicken mixture as a layer.

11. When egg is well cooked, roll it and take from pan.

12. Cut into pieces and serve hot.

Chicken Omelette (Recipe 2)

Ingredients for Chicken Omelette (Recipe 2):

1. Chicken pieces taken from curry & torn to pieces – ½ cup (without bones)

2. Eggs – 5

3. Shallots – 8

4. Green chillies – 2

5. Pepper powder – ½ small spoon

6. Salt – For taste

7. Masala powder – A pinch

8. Coconut scrapped – 2 big spoons

How to prepare Chicken Omelette (Recipe 2)?

1. Blend ingredients no: 3 to 7 in a mixer.

2. Beat eggs in a bowl and add chicken pieces, above masala and scrapped coconut.

3. Mix all ingredients together.

4. Heat oil in a pan and add a big spoon of egg mixture.

5. Spread it and cook both sides.
