Cadbury Cream Easter Cheese Cake recipe

Ingredients for Cadbury Cream Easter Cheese Cake:

For base:

1. Oreo biscuit – 250 gm

    Melted butter – ½ cup

For filling:

2. Whipping cream – 2 cups

    Cream cheese beaten – 1 cup

3. Dairy Milk chocolate melted – 100 gm

    Condensed milk – ½ cup

4. Dairy Milk chocolate cut into pieces – 100 gm

5. Vanilla essence/Rum – 1 big spoon

6. Chocolate ganache – 1 cup

7. White chocolate melted – As needed

How to prepare Cadbury Cream Easter Cheese Cake?

1. Make a powder of Oreo biscuits using a mixer.

2. Add butter to it, and beat the contents till it turns soft.

3. Press it inside a springform pan and place it in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes. This is used as a base.

4. During this time, beat whipped cream and cream cheese together.

5. Add melted chocolate and condensed milk, and mix the contents.

6. Add chocolate pieces, followed by vanilla essence or rum.

7. Pour this mixture on top of the Oreo biscuit-butter base.

8. Allow your cake to set for 6-8 hours.

9. When the cake is perfectly set, take it out and pour the chocolate ganache on its top.

10. Spread melted white chocolate on its edges and top.

11. You can also place a few Easter eggs, if you have specially prepared this cake for the Easter celebration.

To prepare the chocolate ganache:

Heat 1 cup of Amul cream in a pan. When it starts to boil, add 3 cups of cooking chocolate pieces. Mix the contents well and turn off the flame. Keep stirring till the chocolate completely melts. You can take 1 cup of ganache and use it as a topping for your special Easter cake.
