Bread Coconut Sweet Balls

Ingredients for Bread Coconut Sweet Balls:

1. Bread – 10 slices

2. Eggs – 2

3. Coconut scrapped – 5 or 6 table spoons

4. Sugar – 10 table spoons

5. Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp

6. Ghee – 2 tsp

7. Oil – For frying

How to prepare Bread Coconut Sweet Balls?

1. Remove the edges of bread slices and crush it well.

2. Heat ghee in a pan and fry coconut for 1 minute.

3. Add bread crumbs and dry roast for more than a minute.

4. Take off from flame and allow to cool.

5. Break two eggs into a bowl.

6. Add sugar and cardamom powder.

7. Mix the contents till sugar completely dissolves.

8. Add bread-coconut mixture to it.

9. Mix the ingredients and it should be similar to chapatti dough. You need not knead too much.

10. Make small balls from this dough. If needed grease your hands using ghee.

11. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the balls to golden brown.

My tip: You can roll the balls in bread crumbs before you fry in oil (optional).
