Ingredients for Pan Made Bread – Chicken Pizza:

For pizza base:

1. Eggs – 2

2. Pepper powder – A little

3. Salt – For taste

4. Milk – 2 table spoons

5. Bread – 8 slices, cut its edges

For chicken topping:

1. Chicken – 200 gm

2. Ginger-garlic paste – ½ tsp

3. Chilli powder – ½ tsp

4. Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp

5. Salt – As required

6. Garam masala powder – ¼ tsp

7. Curd – 1 table spoon

8. Oil – As required

For veg topping:

1. Onion chopped fine – 1

2. Capsicum chopped fine – ½

3. Tomato chopped fine – 1

For sauce:

1. Tomato ketchup – As required

2. Oregano – 1 tsp

How to prepare Pan Made Bread – Chicken Pizza?

1. Take egg, pepper, salt and sugar in a bowl and mix well.

2. Chop chicken into fine pieces and add ginger-garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala and curd.

3. Mix the ingredients well and allow to rest for half an hour.

4. Deep fry chicken pieces in hot oil and keep them aside.

5. Mix together tomato ketchup and oregano.

6. Melt butter in a pan and keep aside.

7. Dip break slices in egg batter and spread them in the shape of a single big pizza in the pan.

8. Press it using a spoon to level the surface.

9. Switch on the stove to high flame and after one minute reduce the flame and cook it.

10. Flip once and repeat the same process to cook this side too.

11. Put off the flame and spread tomato ketchup evenly on its surface.

12. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, onion, capsicum, tomato, chicken, followed by mozzarella cheese, capsicum and chicken.

13. Light the flame and close the lid.

14. Cook pizza in low flame till cheese melts.
