Banana Dates Nut Smoothie

Ingredients for Banana Dates Nut Smoothie:

1. Dates – 5

    Almonds – 10

2. Milk – One cup

3. Banana – 1

4. Sugar – For taste

5. Ice cubes – As required

    Almond slices – To decorate

How to prepare Banana Dates Nut Smoothie?

1. Soak almonds and dates in half a cup of milk for 10 minutes.

2. Later, add a banana to it and beat well in a mixer.

3. Add the remaining milk, sugar, and 1-2 ice cubes and blend well to a smoothie in the mixer.

4. Keep it in the refrigerator for some time.

5. You can take your smoothie from the refrigerator at the time of serving.

6. Put ice cubes in the serving glasses.

7. Pour your Banana Dates Nut Smoothie and decorate with almond slices.
