Ankita Lokhande is one of the highest paid actresses of Hindi television industry. She marked her small screen debut with Pavitra Rishta in 2009, co-staring Sushant Rajput Singh, and went on to establish as a huge star. After completing her graduation, she moved to Mumbai in 2005 to pursue a career as an actress. Her first small-screen appearance was for a talent hunt show, Idea Zee Cinestars in 2006. In 2009, she signed her first TV role as an actress for Pavitra Rishta. She played the lead role in the show, which had a successful run for 5 years, and it also established her career in the Hindi television industry.
