
Ingredients for Wheat Halwa:
- Ghee – 1 cup
- Wheat powder – 1 cup
- Sugar – ½ cup
- Water – 1.5 cups
- Almonds chopped fine – 2 small spoons
How to prepare Wheat Halwa?
- Pour ghee into a thick-bottomed pan.
- When the ghee heats up, add wheat powder and fry until it turns brown.
- Add sugar and water, and stir continuously.
- When the halwa thickens, transfer it to a greased plate.
- Decorate with almond pieces.
- Cut into desired pieces once your halwa cools.

My Tip: Add a little cardamom powder in the final stage to enhance the taste of your wheat halwa.
