Ingredients for Unangiya Ethapazham Balls (Dried Banana Balls):
1. Well-ripened Kerala bananas, dried in the sun and made into small square pieces – 4 cups
2. Sugar – 4 cups
How to prepare Unangiya Ethapazham Balls (Dried Banana Balls)?
1. Mix both ingredients and place in a low flame.
2. When sugar melts completely, mix the ingredients well.
3. When it turns sticky enough to make balls, take it off the flame.
4. When the mixture starts cooling, make small balls out of it.
