Quail Eggs – Chicken Ball Kuruma recipe

Ingredients for Quail Eggs – Chicken Ball Kuruma (Kaada Mutta – Chicken Ball Kuruma):

  1. Quail eggs – 6
  2. Chicken boneless – 250 gm
    Ginger-garlic crushed – 1 big spoon
    Turmeric powder and salt – As required
  3. Maida – 1 big spoon
  4. Oil – As required
  5. Onion – 1, chopped
    Green chillies – 4, chopped
    Potato – 1, chopped
    Carrot – 1, chopped
    Green peas – 100 gm
  6.  Cashews – 5, ground to a paste
  7. Coconut milk – Extracted from 1/2 coconut

How to prepare Quail Eggs – Chicken Ball Kuruma (Kaada Mutta – Chicken Ball Kuruma)?

  1. Boil eggs and remove the outer shell.
  2. Cook chicken, adding ingredients no: 2.
  3. When it cools, blend it once in a mixer.
  4. Add maida to it, mix well, and prepare small balls.
  5. Spread each ball, place an egg inside, and make balls again.
  6. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry these chicken-egg balls till golden brown.
  7. In the remaining oil, sauté ingredients no: 5.
  8. Add cashew paste, fried egg balls, and coconut milk, and mix well.
  9. Boil it and take it off the flame.
