Special Sardine Fry (Special Mathi Fry)
Sardine is a highly nutritious fish with Omega-3 fatty acid, Vitamin-D, Vitamin-B12 and selenium. Add sardines to the healthy diet of our kids. Here is a simple sardine dish for you.
Ingredients for Special Sardine Fry (Special Mathi Fry):
1. Sardine (Mathi) – 1
2. Pepper powder – ½ tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Ginger-garlic paste – ½ tsp
Salt – For taste
3. Oil – For frying
How to prepare Special Sardine Fry (Special Mathi Fry)?
