Rasakoott
Ingredients for Rasakoott:
- Coriander powder – 100 gm
- Chilli powder – 50 gm
- Pepper powder – 25 gm
- Green Peas dal powder – 50 gm
- Turmeric powder – 1 small spoon
- Asafetida powder – 1 small spoon
- Tamarind – 50 gm
- Curry leaves – 2 stem
- Garlic – 25 gm
- Jaggery – 50 gm
- Salt – as needed
How to prepare Rasakoott?
- Use a stone to grind all these ingredients together. Avoid mixer.
- When it’s grinded well (without adding water), store it in a container.
