Paneer Mushroom Curry recipe

Ingredients for Paneer Mushroom Curry:

1. Paneer – ½ cup

2. Mushroom pieces – 1 cup

3. Cooking oil – As needed

4. Ginger paste – 1 small spoon

    Garlic paste – 1 small spoon

    Green chilli paste – 1 small spoon

    Garam Masala (as whole) – 2 small spoons

5. Onions chopped – ½ cup

6. Tomato sauce – 4 small spoons

    Chilli sauce – 2 small spoons

    Soya sauce – 1 small spoon

7. Cashew soaked – 10, ground

8. Salt – For taste

9. Coriander leaves – To decorate

How to prepare Paneer Mushroom Curry?

1. Deep fry paneer pieces in hot oil till a light brown colour.

2. Drain off excess oil.

3. In the remaining oil, sauté ingredients no: 4.

4. Add onions and sauté again.

5. Add mushrooms, a little water and cook the contents with the lid closed.

6. When mushrooms are well-cooked, bring to a low flame.

7. Add sauces and cashew paste and mix well.

8. Add salt and paneer pieces and decorate with coriander leaves.
