Oats Chicken Soup recipe

Ingredients for Oats Chicken Soup:

1. Olive oil – ½ big spoon

2. Spring onion – 1, chopped fine

    Garlic – 3 cloves

3. Chicken breast – 2, chopped fine

4. Chicken stock – 6-8 cups

    Salt – As required

    Pepper seeds – 7 nos, powdered

5. Oats – 8-10 big spoons

6. Capsicum – 1, cut into small square pieces

7. Fresh cream – 3 big spoons

    Celery – 1 stem, chopped fine

    Pepper powder – As required

How to prepare Oats Chicken Soup?

1. Heat oil in a thick-bottomed pan and sauté ingredients no: 2.

2. When it’s done, add chicken and fry it well.

3. Add ingredients no: 4 and cook in medium flame with lid closed.

4. Chicken should be cooked well, and the stock should turn slightly thick.

5. Add oats and keep stirring.

6. Reduce the flame and cook oats.

7. Add capsicum and stir for 1 minute.

8. When the soup reaches a thick consistency, check the salt and transfer to serving bowls.

9. Decorate with ingredients no: 7 and serve with a bread roll.
