Mango Cheese Cake with Condensed Milk

Ingredients for Mango Cheese Cake with Condensed Milk:

1. Digestive/Marie Biscuit – 200 gm

    Butter melted – 130 gm

    Cashews chopped fine – 50 gm

2. Condensed milk – 1 tin

3. Egg – 3

4. Maida – 2 or 3 big spoons

5. Mango ground to a paste – ½ cup

    Lemon juice – 1 or 2 big spoons

6. Mango chopped fine and cream – To decorate

How to prepare Mango Cheese Cake with Condensed Milk?

1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degree celsious.

2. To prepare the base, mix ingredients no: 1 together and press them into a Pyrex dish.

3. Wrap it using cling film and refrigerate it to set.

4. To prepare filling, first beat condensed milk in a bowl, followed by eggs one after another.

5. Slowly add maida and mix well, followed by mango pulp and lemon juice. This is the filling used for the mango cheese cake.

6. Take the biscuit base from the refrigerator and pour filling on its top as a layer.

7. Bake the cake in the oven for 40 minutes, till it sets.

8. Decorate with mango pieces and pour cream on its top before you serve.

9. You can also place a mango piece and cream in a small bowl along with the cake.
