Ingredients for Kaja Rolls:Kaja Rolls recipe 

1. Maida โ€“ 200gm
   Vanaspati โ€“ 75gm
   Cardamom powder โ€“ a pinch
   Baking powder โ€“ 1 pinch
   Water โ€“ As needed
2. Maida โ€“ 100gm
    Khoya (milk thickened by heating) โ€“ 120 gm
   Water โ€“ as required
3. Oil โ€“ for frying
4. Sugar โ€“ To prepare syrup

How to prepare Kaja Rolls?

1. Mix contents no: 1 to prepare flour, and add sufficient water.
2. Mix contents no: 2 to prepare flour separately.
3. Spread Mix no: 1 into a rectangle shape with 1 mm thickness.
4. Spread Mix no: 2 also into a rectangle shape with 1 mm thickness, and place above the first sheet.
5. Then roll both these sheets together, and cut the cylinder into pieces with 1 cm length.
6. Heat oil in a pan and fry till golden brown.

7. Dip them in sugar solution, and serve after some time.
