Egg Salad (Recipe 1)

Ingredients for Egg Salad:
- Lettuce leaves torn – 2 cups
- Apple – 2
Lemon juice – A little - Spring onion chopped – 2 big spoons
Walnut chopped – 3 big spoons - Olive oil – ½ cup
Honey – 1-2 small spoons
Apple cider vinegar – 1.5 big spoons
Salt, pepper powder, and mustard powder – As required - Eggs – 2, boiled
- Noodles fried in oil – To decorate
How to prepare Egg Salad?
- Add a little ice and water to the lettuce and keep it aside.
- Remove seeds from the apple and cut into thin, lengthy pieces.
- Marinate with lemon juice and keep aside.
- Just before you serve, arrange lettuce leaves on the serving plate.
- Spread apple pieces on its top and ingredients no: 3 alternatively.
- Prepare salad dressing using ingredients no: 4, and add to the salad.
- Toss the contents well.
- Slice boiled eggs into thin round pieces and place in a row on top.
- Sprinkle fried noodles and serve soon.

Egg Salad (Recipe 2)
Ingredients for Egg Salad (Recipe 2):
- Eggs -2, boiled and cut into pieces
- Onions chopped – ½ cup
Celery chopped – A pinch
Apple chopped – ½ cup
Lettuce chopped – ½ cup
Cherry tomato – 8, chopped into two halves (Or half a cup chopped tomatoes)
Grated cheese – 50 gm
Lemon juice – 1 small spoon
Peanut crushed – ½ cup
Salt and pepper powder – As needed
How to prepare Egg Salad (Recipe 2)?
- Toss all ingredients together.
- Refrigerate and serve chilled.
