Capsicum Rice recipeIngredients for Capsicum Rice:

1. Butter – 2 big spoons

2. Garlic crushed – 1 big spoon

3. Onions – 1, chopped fine

4. Celery chopped – 1 big spoon

   Capsicum (red, yellow, and green) – 1 big spoon each

   Salt – As required

5. Basmati rice – ½ cup, cooked

How to prepare Capsicum Rice?

1. Melt butter and sauté garlic.

2. Add onions and sauté again.

3. Add celery, capsicum, and salt and mix well.

4. Stir fry for a while. But never overcook it.

5. Add cooked rice to it, mix well, and serve hot.

Note: You can make an alternative dish as well. Sauté half the amount of onions, add rice, and cook it, adding 1 cup of chicken stock. Decorate the rice with the remaining items.
