Chicken Roast

Ingredients for Chicken Roast:

1. Chicken – 1 kg

2. Red chillies – 20, after removing seeds

    Onions – 2 or 3

    Garlic – 1, as whole

    Ginger – 1-inch piece

    Couscous – 1 big spoon

    Pepper – As required

    Cloves and cardamom – As required

    Turmeric powder – 1 small spoon

    Salt – As required

3. Vinegar – For grinding

4. Oil – For frying

5. Salt – As required

    Maida – 1 small spoon

How to prepare Chicken Roast?

1. Cut chicken to pieces.

2. Make a fine paste of ingredients no: 2 adding vinegar and marinate chicken.

3. Allow it to rest for a while.

4. Cook chicken adding sufficient water.

5. Take chicken pieces from gravy and deep fry in hot oil.

6. Add maida to the remaining gravy, check salt and cook it till gravy turns thick.

7. Serve this gravy alongside chicken roast.

Chicken Roast (Recipe 2)

Ingredients for Chicken Roast (Recipe 2):

1. Chicken – 1, small sized

2. Chilli powder – 2-3 big spoons

    Turmeric powder – ½ small spoon

    Salt – For taste

3. Oil – As required

4. Onion – 6, chopped

    Ginger-garlic paste – 1 small spoon

    Tomato – 2, chopped

5. Chilli powder – 1 small spoon (if only needed)

    Turmeric powder – ½ small spoon

    Garam masala powder – 1 small spoon

How to prepare Chicken Roast (Recipe 2)?

1. Cut chicken into small pieces.

2. Marinate chicken pieces using ingredients no: 2, and allow it to rest for a while.

3. Heat oil and fry chicken pieces till it is half done.

4. In the remaining oil, sauté ingredients no: 4, and add curry powders.

5. When the raw smell goes out, and curry powders are well fried, add chicken pieces.

6. Add extra salt if needed and cook chicken till it’s done.
