Banana Carrot Cake recipe

Ingredients for Banana Carrot Cake:

1. Maida – 1 cup

    Wheat powder – 1 cup

    Soda bi carbonate – 1 small spoon

    Salt – ½ small spoon

    Cinnamon, powdered – ½ small spoon

    Carrot, grated – 1 cup

    Flax seeds – ½ cup

2. Eggs – 2

3. Oil – 1/3 cup

    Sugar – 1 cup

    Banana smashed – 1 cup

How to prepare Banana Carrot Cake?

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degree celsious.

2. Grease a loaf pan of size 9*5 inches and sprinkle a little maida/wheat powder. Remove the excess powder.

3. Transfer the ingredients listed as 1 to a big bowl.

4. Beat well eggs in another bowl and add ingredients no: 3. Mix the contents well.

5. Add this mixture to the maida mixture and again beat well.

6. Pour the contents into a greased pan and bake in a pre-heated oven for 50-60 minutes.

7. Once it’s done, take the cake out and allow it to cool.

8. Remove the cake from the pan after 10 minutes.
