Gulab Jamun Cake recipe

Ingredients for Gulab Jamun Cake:

1. Butter (after brought to room temperature) – 1 cup

    Sugar – 1 cup

2. Eggs – 3

3. Maida – 1 cup

    Gulab jamun pre-mix – 1 cup

    Baking powder – 1 small spoon

    Cardamom powder – 1 small spoon

4. Milk – 4 big spoons

5. Cashews  – 2-3 big spoons

How to prepare Gulab Jamun Cake?

1. Preheat the oven to 170 degree celsious.

2. Grease the loaf pan/round pan and place paper, and keep aside.

3. Whip well sugar and butter. Add eggs one by one, and beat the contents in between.

4. Mix together ingredients no: 3 and slowly add to the egg mixture.

5. Add milk also and mix well, and transfer the contents to a greased pan.

6. Sprinkle cashews on top.

7. Bake the cake in the pre-heated oven for 40-45 minutes.
