Banana Cake recipe

Ingredients for Banana Cake (Pazham Cake):

1. Egg – 1

    Sugar – ½ cup

    Honey – ¼ cup

    Vanilla essence – 1 small spoon

    Vegetable oil – ½ cup

2. Robusta banana, well-ripened – 2 smashed with a spoon

    Thick curd – 2 big spoons

3. Maida – 1.5 cups

    Baking soda – 1 small spoon

    Dry ginger powder – 1 small spoon

    Cinnamon powder – ½ small spoon

    Salt – A pinch

How to prepare Banana Cake (Pazham Cake)?

1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degree celsius.

2. Apply a little butter to the cake tin.

3. Blend well in a mixer, ingredients no: 1.

4. Add banana and curd to it and blend well again in the mixer.

5. Take another bowl and mix together ingredients no: 3.

6. Blend well the maida mixer and the egg mixture together.

7. Now transfer these contents to a cake tin and bake in a pre-heated oven for 40 minutes.

8. Once you take the cake out of the oven, wait for 20 more minutes.

9. Now you can cut your banana cake into pieces and serve.
