Toffee and Banana Cheese Cake
Ingredients for Toffee and Banana Cheese Cake:
For base:
1. Oreo biscuits blended well in a mixer – 150 gm
Butter – 2 big spoons
2. Sugar – 2 big spoons
3. Butter – 1 big spoon
Robusta – 1 big, cut into semi-circle pieces
4. Cinnamon powder – ¼ small spoon
For Toffee Sauce:
5. Sugar – 1.5 big spoons
6. Butter – 2 big spoons
Walnut chopped fine – 2 big spoons
Condensed milk – ½ cup
For Cheese Cake layer:
7. Yellow yolk – From 2 eggs
Condensed milk – 1/4 cup
Fresh Cream – ½ cup
8. Gelatin – 3 small spoons, melted in a little water
9. Thick curd – ¼ cup
Lemon juice – From 1 lemon
Vanilla essence – 1 small spoon
Lemon skin or orange skin grated – ½ small spoon
How to prepare Toffee and Banana Cheese Cake?
1. Mix together ingredients no: 1.
2. Spread the mixture to a cheese cake tin and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
3. Burn sugar and add butter and robusta pieces. Cook this mixture.
4. Add cinnamon powder, mix well and serve on a biscuit basin.
5. To prepare toffee sauce, burn sugar first.
6. Add ingredients no: 6 to it and stir continuously.
7. Pour it on the top of banana mixture and keep aside.
8. To prepare cheese cake layer, place ingredients no: 7 in flame.
9. Just before it starts boiling, add gelatin and mix well.
10. Take off from flame and allow it to cool.
11. Add ingredients no: 9 to it and pour on the top of toffee layer.
12. You can wrap the cakewith chocolate curls, refrigerate and serve chilled.
