Tender Coconut Souffle

Ingredients for Tender Coconut Souffle:

1. Milk – 2 packets 

2. Vanilla essence – 1 small spoon 

    Fresh cream – 500 ml  

    Sugar – 2 cups 

3. Coconut – 3 

4. Condensed milk – 1 cup 

5. Cornflour – 1 small spoon 

6. Sago – 200 g, cooked with a pinch of salt 

7. China grass – 5 g 

How to prepare Tender Coconut Souffle?

1. Heat the milk well and set it aside. Add the second set of ingredients and mix. 

2. Separate the coconut flesh and coconut water. 

3. Blend half of the coconut flesh well and add it to the milk mixture. Heat the mixture. 

4. Add condensed milk and stir well. 

5. Dissolve cornflour in a little tender coconut water, add it to the milk mixture, and cook until it thickens. 

6. Add the cooked sago and mix well. 

7. Blend the remaining coconut flesh and tender coconut water well. Prepare china grass separately and mix it into this. Let it thicken and set. 

8. Cut the set mixture into small square pieces and add it to the milk mixture. Chill in the fridge for four hours before serving.
