  2. Olive oil – As needed
  3. Large onion – One, chopped fine
  4. Paneer – 400 g, crumbled
  5. Cinnamon powder – One small spoon
    All-spice powder – Half a small spoon
Salt and pepper powder – As needed
  6. Coriander leaves – One handful, chopped
  7. Garlic – Four big cloves, chopped
  8. Tomato – Two big, chopped fine
  9. Salt – For taste
    Thick curd – 1 cup

How to prepare Stuffed Green Pepper?

  1. Cut off the top portion of the capsicum like a lid in a round shape and remove the seeds and inner parts.
  2. Heat olive oil, sauté the onion, then add paneer and sauté well.
  3. Add the fifth ingredients, sauté again, then add coriander leaves and mix.
  4. Fill the capsicums with this mixture, place the cut-off lid back on, and secure with a toothpick.
  5. Heat a pan, and add garlic first. Add tomatoes after five to six seconds, and sauté for three minutes.
  6. Add salt and thick curd and mix well.
  7. When it comes to a good boil, gently place each stuffed capsicum into the pan without slanting.
  8. Close the pan and cook your capsicum along with the sauce on a low flame for 45 minutes. Stir only the sauce occasionally.
  9. Once well-cooked, remove and serve hot.
