Apple Pancake recipe

Ingredients for Apple Pancake:

1. Ghee – 2 big spoons

2. Raisins – 1 small spoon

3. Apple cut into small square pieces – 120 gm

4. Sugar – 10 small spoons

5. Cinnamon, powdered – 2 small spoons

6. Wheat flour – 100 gm

    Maida – 40 gm

    Egg – 1

    Baking powder – 1 small spoon

    Milk – 150 milliliters

    Refined oil – 4 big spoons

How to prepare Apple Pancake?

1. Heat ghee and fry raisins, followed by apple for three more minutes.

2. Add sugar and mix well.

3. Keep frying till the apple pieces are well-cooked.

4. When it’s done, take it from the flame and add cinnamon powder.

5. Mix ingredients no: 6 to prepare the batter.

6. Heat a non-stick tawa and prepare pancakes.

7. Flip both sides and cook well.

8. Place a little filling inside each pancake, fold it, and serve.
