Strawberry Panna Cotta
Ingredients for Strawberry Panna Cotta:
1. Strawberry – 450 gm
2. Milk – ½ cup
3. Gelatine – 1.5 small spoon
4. Salt – A pinch
Sugar – 1/3 cup
5. Vanilla extract – 1 small spoon
Heavy cream – 1.5 cups
How to prepare Strawberry Panna Cotta?
1. Make a fine paste of strawberry.
2. Heat milk in a saucepan and put off the flame.
3. Spread gelatine on its top and allow it to rest for 10 minutes.
4. Add ingredients no: 4 and strawberry to it and put on the flame.
5. Keep stirring and cook in high flame for 2 minutes.
6. Add ingredients no: 5 while stirring and put off the flame.
7. Continue stirring for 10 more minutes.
8. When the contents cool completely, transfer to serving bowls.
9. Refrigerate your Strawberry Panna Cotta till it is perfectly set and serve chilled.
