Spring Salad Souffle

Ingredients for Spring Salad Soufflé:

1. Lemon jelly – 1 packet
2. Boiling water – 2 cups
3. Lemon juice – 1 big spoon
    Green colour – a few drops
    Salt and white pepper powder – as needed
4. Mayonnaise – ½ cup
    Carrot, capsicum, and salad cucumber cut into minute pieces – ½ cup each
    Spring onion and celery cut into tiny pieces – ¼ cup each
    Boiled eggs – 2 (cut into tiny pieces)
5. Cabbage, capsicum, carrot –sliced thin for French dressing 

How to prepare Spring Salad Soufflé?

  1. Boil 2 cups of water and dissolve the lemon jelly. When it cools, mix it with ingredients 3. It begins to set.
  2. When it’s half done, blend the contents well. Then add ingredients 4 one by one and mix well.
  3. Pour the contents into a mold and allow it to set completely in your refrigerator.
  4. When it cools and is completely set, serve it to a serving plate upside down.
  5. Decorate using the ingredients listed 5. Serve chilled.
