Some people are lazy to make breakfast. In fact some people can’t find enough time to make breakfast particularly if they are working. Here are a few easy breakfast dishes with you can prepare overnight, which are healthy too. Keep them in refrigerator overnight and serve them as breakfast next day morning.
Some breakfast dishes which you can prepare overnight
Mix oats, curd and salt in a bowl overnight. Temper it with mustard and red chillies. You can make it tasty and healthier by adding carrot and cucumber.
Mix oats, chia seeds, flax seeds powder, thick curd, honey and milk overnight. Next day morning you can add cinnamon powder and fruits of your choice for your breakfast.
Soak oats, milk, protein powder, chia seeds and honey for 2 hours. Blend it well in a mixer and keep it in refrigerator overnight. Next day morning, spread some peanut butter and melted chocolate, and keep it in refrigerator for some more time. Then you can serve it.
