Ingredients for Smart Omelette:
- Mushrooms cut into pieces – 5
Capsicum cut into small square pieces – ¼ cup
Spinach after immersing in hot water for a while, and chopped into tiny pieces – ¼ cup
Onion chopped fine – 1 - Oil – 2 big spoons
- Eggs – 2
- Salt and pepper – As needed
- Cheese – For topping
How to prepare Smart Omelette ?
- Mix together ingredients no: 1 and keep aside.
- Heat a pan, add oil, and add eggs.
- Slowly mix the eggs using a spoon.
- Add the vegetable mixture, sufficient salt, and pepper on top of it.
- Grate a little cheese on its top and mix slowly.
- Reduce the flame and allow it to set.
- When one side is set, flip once and cook the other side too.
- Serve hot with bread.
