Rava Dosa recipe

Ingredients for Rava Dosa:

  1. Curd – 1.5 cups
  2. Roasted rava – 2 cups
  3. Maida or rice flour – 2 cups
  4. Ginger, grated – 1 small piece
  5. Green chillies – 5
  6. Green pepper crushed – ½ tsp
  7. Curry leaves, salt and groundnut oil – as needed

How to prepare Rava Dosa?

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Heat a pan and spread oil. Then make a thin dosa by spreading the batter using a spoon.
  3. Add oil to both sides and fry them.
