Ingredients for Rava Dosa:
- Curd – 1.5 cups
- Roasted rava – 2 cups
- Maida or rice flour – 2 cups
- Ginger, grated – 1 small piece
- Green chillies – 5
- Green pepper crushed – ½ tsp
- Curry leaves, salt and groundnut oil – as needed
How to prepare Rava Dosa?
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Heat a pan and spread oil. Then make a thin dosa by spreading the batter using a spoon.
- Add oil to both sides and fry them.
