Sandwich with Curd

Ingredients for Sandwich with Curd:

1. Coriander leaves – A handful

    Mint leaves – A handful

    Coconut scrapped – 1.5 cups

    Ginger – 1-inch piece

    Lemon – 1 or ½

    Green chillies – 1 or 2

    Shallots – 2 or 3

    Salt – For taste

2. Less sour Curd – 3 cups, chilled

    Sugar – A little

    Salt – A little

3. Bread slices – As required

How to prepare Sandwich with Curd?

1. Grind ingredients no: 1 together and prepare mint-coriander leaf chutney.

2. Mix ingredients no: 2 in a bowl.

3. Apply a thin layer of chutney on a bread slice.

4. Place another bread slice on its top to get a sandwich.

5. Remove the edges of sandwich and cut into rectangular pieces.

6. Spread sandwiches in the curd mixture to form a layer.

7. Pour the remaining curd mixture on the top of sandwiches.

8. Sprinkle a little chilli powder and coriander leaves on top and serve.
