
Ingredients for Sago – Mutton Soup:
1. Onion – 50g
2. Carrot – 50g
3. Celery – 50g
4. Leeks – 50g
5. Garlic – One small spoon
6. Parsley leaf chopped – A little
7. Ghee – 25g
8. Sago – 50g
9. Cooked and minced mutton – 100 g
10. Salt – As per taste
11. Pepper powder – As required
12. Chicken Stock – 1 Ltr
13. Parsley leaf – 2g
How to prepare Sago – Mutton Soup?
1. Finely chop onions, carrot, celery, leeks, garlic, and parsley (ingredients 1 to 6).
2. Heat ghee in a pan and sauté onions and garlic.
3. Add cooked mutton and fry till it changes colour.
4. Cook sago and chopped vegetables, adding sufficient chicken stock.
5. Garnish using Parsley, pepper powder, and salt. Serve hot.
