Rosemary Pulao recipe

Ingredients for Rosemary Pulao:

1. Basmati rice – 1 cup

2. Oil – As required

3. Onion – 1, sliced thin

4. Ghee – 2 big spoons

5. Cinnamon – 1 small piece

    Cardamom – 2

    Bay leaf – 1

6. Boiled water – 2 cups

7. Salt – As required

    Rosemary – 2 big spoons

How to prepare Rosemary Pulao?

1. Soak rice for half an hour and strain excess water.

2. Heat oil in a pan and fry onions.

3. When they turn golden brown, remove from the oil.

4. Remove the oil from the pan and add ghee.

5. Fry ingredients no: 5 in ghee followed by rice for 2 minutes.

6. Add boiling water and mix the contents well.

7. Add fried onions, salt, and rosemary, and cook your biryani on a low flame. Keep the lid closed.
