
Ingredients for Rainbow Cold Salad:
- Cabbage chopped fine – ¼ cup
- Violet cabbage chopped fine – ¼ cup
- Capsicum chopped fine – 1
- Onion chopped fine – 1
- Pineapple chopped – 1/2 cup
- Salt and pepper powder – For taste
- Olive oil – 2 small spoons
- Lemon juice – 2 small spoons
How to prepare Rainbow Cold Salad?
- Mix pineapple, cabbage, capsicum, and onions together.
- Refrigerate it for 1 hour.
- Take it out and add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the contents together.
