Rainbow Cold Salad recipe

Ingredients for Rainbow Cold Salad:

  1. Cabbage chopped fine – ¼ cup
  2. Violet cabbage chopped fine – ¼ cup
  3. Capsicum chopped fine – 1
  4. Onion chopped fine – 1
  5. Pineapple chopped – 1/2 cup
  6.  Salt and pepper powder – For taste
  7. Olive oil – 2 small spoons
  8. Lemon juice – 2 small spoons

How to prepare Rainbow Cold Salad?

  1. Mix pineapple, cabbage, capsicum, and onions together.
  2. Refrigerate it for 1 hour.
  3. Take it out and add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss the contents together.
