Ragi-Atta Choco Brownies
Ingredients for Ragi-Atta Choco Brownies:
1. Chocolate – 125 gm
2. Butter – 50 gm
3. Powdered sugar – ¾ cup
4. Ragi flour – ½ cup
5. Atta – ¼ cup
6. Coco powder – 1 tablespoon
7. Sourless curd – ½ cup
8. Walnut – 8 or 10
How to prepare Ragi-Atta Choco Brownies?
1. Using double-boiling method, melt butter and chocolate and keep aside.
2. Take curd and sugar in a bowl, and beat it well.
3. Add butter-chocolate mixture to it slowly and mix well.
4. You can also add 1 tsp vanilla essence at this stage. But it’s only optional.
5. Blend together atta, ragi and coco powder.
6. Add this mixture to chocolate batter and mix well.
7. Grease a baking tray and pour this batter into it.
8. Pre-heat oven at 180 degree celsious.
9. Bake your brownie for 30 minutes in oven.
