Pink Kheer

Ingredients for Pink Kheer:

1. Milk – 2 litres

    Raw rice – 1 cup

    Cardamom powder – ½ small spoon

2. Sugar – As required

3. Almonds and cardamom powder – To decorate

How to prepare Pink Kheer?

1. Wash pressure cooker and boil 1 cup water. Remove that water. It’s done to clean cooker perfect.

2. Mix ingredients no: 1 and add to pressure cooker.

3. Just before first whistle, put it off (to avoid overflowing of milk).

4. After 15 minutes, open the cooker and mix the contents.

5. Close the lid and cook again.

6. Just before first whistle, put it off again.

7. After 15 minutes, open the cooker. Your kheer will be pink in colour.

8. Add sugar, and mix your kheer.

9. Decorate with almonds and cardamom powder, and use.
