Palak Balls

Ingredients for Palak Balls:

1. Palak chopped fine and sauted – 2 cups

2. Green chillies chopped fine – 1

    Gram flour – 1 big spoon

    Wheat flour – 1 small spoon

    Red chilli powder – ½ small spoon

    Asafoetida powder – A pinch

    Salt – For taste

3. Curd – 2 small spoons

4. Bread crumbs – 2 cups

5. Oil – For frying

How to prepare Palak Balls?

1. Mix together ingredients no: 1 and 2 in a ball.

2. Add curd and make small balls from them.

3. Wrap in bread crumbs and deep fry in hot oil.
